This is a real fallen tree that can be found along the walking trails of Merrill Creek Reservior. The "face" in it occurred naturally. This is a real, unaltered photo.

Also, if you're into Geocaching...look this one up.

It's in New Jersey, USA. I haven't checked the site for it lately, but I think it's under "Tiki Man Tree" or something. Look for traditional caches within a 20 or so mile radius of United States zip code 07882. "Angels For Allisson" is also in the vicinity of the Tiki tree.
